Terms of service

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. Products intended for children must be purchased by an adult.

Store platform and third party fulfillment

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We use independent manufacturers, printers, fulfillment providers, payment processors, and shipping carriers to provide the services. These parties are not our employees. We remain responsible for our obligations to you under applicable law, while third parties may separately control aspects of production, payment processing, and delivery.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, prices, and images accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing processes may cause minor differences in color, finish, dimensions, or print placement. You are responsible for reviewing product details, size information, personalization, and delivery information before placing an order. We may correct errors or update product information at any time.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean we accepted it. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, prohibited activity, or inability to deliver. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled portion.

Prices payment and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for the total shown at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes, customs duties, and import charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Cancellations returns and shipping

Our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these Terms. Because products are made or prepared after purchase, cancellation, return, and exchange rights are limited as stated in those policies, subject to non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Personalized content

If you submit text, images, names, or other material for personalization, you represent that you have the right to use that material and that it does not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You grant us and our fulfillment providers a limited license to use the submitted material only as reasonably necessary to produce, fulfill, support, and document your order. We may reject content that is unlawful, infringing, threatening, hateful, obscene, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Intellectual property

The store and its content, including original designs, graphics, photographs, text, logos, and arrangement, are owned by or licensed to Your Prints and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for personal, noncommercial use of the store, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit store content without prior written permission.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the store to violate law or third-party rights; submit false or misleading information; introduce malware; scrape or access the store through unauthorized automated means; interfere with security or operation; impersonate another person; commit fraud; or purchase products for an unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for prohibited conduct.

Reviews and other submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content for public display, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, and distribute that content in connection with the store and its marketing. You retain ownership of your content. You represent that the submission is truthful, based on your experience, and does not violate law or third-party rights. We will not restrict your right to provide an honest review.

Third party links and services

The store may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed. We do not disclaim warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Prints and its owner, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the store or products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable obligations.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Prints, its owner, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the store, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person's rights. This provision does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence or unlawful conduct where such indemnification is prohibited.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, you and Your Prints agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by written notice sent toyourPrints3@gmail.com. Unless applicable law requires a different location, court proceedings must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have in small claims court or under mandatory consumer-protection law.

Changes severability and entire agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the policies incorporated into them constitute the entire agreement regarding the store and supersede prior discussions on the same subject.
